No worries — resetting your phjo password is easy. On the login page, click Forgot Password? and enter the email address associated with your account. phjo will send you a password reset link within a few minutes.
Click the link in the email and follow the instructions to create a new password. For security, the reset link expires after 30 minutes. If you don't receive the email, check your spam or junk folder. If you're still having trouble, contact phjo support at [email protected].
No. phjo strictly allows only one account per person. Creating multiple accounts (also known as multi-accounting) is a violation of our Terms & amp; Conditions and may result in the permanent suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances.
If you already have an existing phjo account that you can't access, please contact our support team rather than creating a new one. We'll help you recover your original account safely.
phjo supports a wide range of Philippine-friendly payment methods so you can fund your account conveniently. Currently accepted methods include:

GCash deposits at phjo are processed instantly in most cases. Once you complete the payment on your GCash app, the funds should appear in your phjo wallet within a few seconds to a maximum of 5 minutes.
If your deposit hasn't reflected after 15 minutes, please check the following:
- Confirm the transaction was successful in your GCash transaction history
- Make sure you completed the deposit using the correct phjo payment reference
- Check that your phjo account is fully verified
If the issue persists, contact phjo support with your GCash transaction reference number and we'll resolve it promptly.
phjo keeps its minimum thresholds accessible for all Filipino players:

Withdrawal processing times at phjo depend on the method you choose:
- GCash / PayMaya: Within 1–24 hours (most processed within a few hours)

phjo does not charge any fees on deposits. For withdrawals, phjo also does not impose platform-side fees in most cases. However, please note that your bank or e-wallet provider (e.g., GCash, BPI) may apply their own transaction fees, which are outside phjo's control.

phjo offers a generous welcome package for new Filipino players. The welcome bonus is automatically credited to your account after you make your first qualifying deposit. The exact bonus amount and structure may vary — check the current promotions page on the phjo website for the latest offer details.
To be eligible for the welcome bonus, you must:
