1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," or "you") and phjo ("phjo," "we," "us," or "our"), governing your access to and use of the phjo website located at phjo.net and all associated services, games, features, and content (collectively, the "Platform").

By registering an account, accessing the Platform, or using any of phjo's services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must immediately cease using the Platform and close your account.

phjo reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform following the posting of revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of the changes. We will notify registered players of material changes via email or a prominent notice on the Platform.

2. Eligibility & Age Verification

To register and use the phjo Platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements:

• You must be at least 21 years of age, as required under Philippine gaming regulations administered by the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR).
• You must be a natural person with full legal capacity to enter into binding contracts under Philippine law.
• You must not be a resident of any jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by applicable law.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, director, or officer of phjo, or an immediate family member of such a person.
• You must not be self-excluded from gambling services or subject to any court order or regulatory restriction that prohibits you from gambling.

2.1 Age Verification Process

phjo is committed to preventing underage gambling. Upon registration and prior to processing your first withdrawal, phjo may require you to submit valid government-issued identification documents to verify your age and identity. Acceptable documents include, but are not limited to:

• Philippine Passport
• Driver's License issued by the Land Transportation Office (LTO)
• Philippine National ID (PhilSys)
• Unified Multi-Purpose ID (UMID)
• Voter's ID issued by the Commission on Elections (COMELEC)

Failure to provide satisfactory verification documents within the required timeframe may result in suspension of your account and forfeiture of any pending withdrawals. phjo reserves the right to request additional documentation at any time.

3. Account Registration

3.1 Registration Requirements

To access phjo's full range of services, you must create a registered account. During registration, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and mobile number. You are obligated to update this information promptly if it changes.

3.2 One Account Policy

Each individual player is permitted to maintain only one active phjo account. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual — whether using different names, email addresses, payment methods, or devices — is strictly prohibited. phjo employs technical and manual measures to detect duplicate accounts. Where duplicate accounts are identified, phjo reserves the right to:

• Immediately close all duplicate accounts;
• Void any bonuses, free spins, or promotional credits associated with duplicate accounts;
• Withhold any winnings generated through duplicate accounts; and
• Permanently ban the player from the Platform.

3.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. phjo will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to keep your credentials secure. You must notify phjo immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.

3.4 Account Verification (KYC)

phjo operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) process in compliance with applicable anti-money laundering regulations. You may be required to verify your identity, address, and payment methods before withdrawals are processed. phjo reserves the right to suspend account activity pending completion of KYC verification.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Deposits

phjo accepts deposits via GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, PNB, and other payment methods as displayed on the Platform. All deposits must be made from payment accounts registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited. Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply and are displayed at the time of transaction.

phjo does not charge fees on deposits; however, your payment provider may apply their own transaction fees. phjo is not responsible for fees charged by third-party payment processors.

4.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are subject to the following conditions:

• Your account must be fully verified (KYC complete) before any withdrawal is processed.
• Withdrawals will only be processed to payment accounts registered in your own name and matching your phjo account details.
• Any active bonus funds must meet applicable wagering requirements before withdrawal of associated winnings is permitted.
• phjo reserves the right to request additional verification documents before processing large withdrawals.
• Processing times vary by payment method. GCash and PayMaya withdrawals are typically processed within 15 minutes during operating hours. Bank transfers may take 1–3 business days.

4.3 Currency

All transactions on the phjo Platform are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱) unless otherwise specified. Currency conversion fees may apply for transactions originating from foreign payment accounts.

4.4 Anti-Money Laundering

phjo is committed to preventing money laundering and the financing of illegal activities. phjo complies with all applicable Philippine anti-money laundering laws, including the Anti-Money Laundering Act (AMLA) as amended. phjo reserves the right to report suspicious transactions to the Anti-Money Laundering Council (AMLC) and to freeze or close accounts suspected of involvement in money laundering or other illegal financial activities.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

5.1 General Bonus Terms

phjo offers various bonuses and promotions to eligible players. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and conditions, including wagering requirements, minimum deposit thresholds, game restrictions, and expiry dates. These specific terms are communicated at the time the bonus is offered and form part of these Terms.

5.2 Wag ering Requirements

Unless otherwise stated, bonus funds must be wagered a specified number of times before any associated winnings may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier will be clearly stated in the individual bonus terms. Failure to meet wagering requirements within the specified validity period will result in the forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings.

5.3 Bonus Abuse

phjo strictly prohibits bonus abuse, including but not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses more than once, using betting strategies designed to exploit bonus terms, colluding with other players to accumulate bonus funds, and any other conduct that phjo reasonably determines to be an attempt to exploit promotional offers. Where bonus abuse is detected, phjo reserves the right to void all bonuses and associated winnings, suspend or permanently close the account, and recover any funds withdrawn as a result of bonus abuse.

5.4 Modification and Withdrawal of Promotions

phjo reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice. Changes will not affect bonuses already credited to player accounts, provided that the applicable wagering requirements have not yet been met.

6. Game Rules & Fair Play

All games available on the phjo Platform are governed by individual game rules, which are accessible within each game interface. By participating in any game, you agree to be bound by the applicable game rules. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and specific game rules, the specific game rules shall prevail with respect to that game.

6.1 Random Number Generation

All electronic games on the phjo Platform use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology to ensure fair and unpredictable outcomes. Our RNG systems are regularly tested and certified by independent third-party auditors to confirm compliance with international fairness standards.

6.2 Malfunctions

In the event of a technical malfunction, game error, or system failure that affects the outcome of a game, phjo reserves the right to void the affected game round and refund the wager to the player's account. phjo shall not be liable for any losses arising from technical malfunctions beyond the refund of the affected wager. The phrase "malfunction voids all pays and plays" applies to all games on the Platform.

6.3 Disconnection Policy

If you experience a disconnection during a game, the game will continue according to its programmed rules. phjo is not responsible for losses resulting from internet connectivity issues on your end. It is your responsibility to ensure a stable internet connection when using the Platform.

7. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the phjo Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, permanent ban, forfeiture of funds, and referral to relevant law enforcement authorities:

• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or at any other time;
• Using the Platform for any unlawful purpose, including money laundering, fraud, or financing of illegal activities;
• Attempting to hack, reverse-engineer, or otherwise tamper with the Platform's software, systems, or security measures;
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to gain an unfair advantage in any game;
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes;
• Engaging in any form of cheating, including chip dumping in poker or other collusive strategies;
• Exploiting software bugs or errors to gain an unfair advantage — any such exploitation must be reported to phjo immediately;
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing other players or phjo staff through any communication channel;
• Allowing any third party to access or use your phjo account;
• Registering or using the Platform if you are under 21 years of age.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the phjo Platform, including but not limited to software, game content, graphics, logos, trademarks, text, audio, video, and the overall design and layout of the Platform, is the exclusive property of phjo or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws, including the Intellectual Property Code of the Philippines (Republic Act No. 8293).

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or otherwise exploit any content from the Platform without the prior written consent of phjo.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, phjo, its directors, officers, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of winnings or profits;
• Loss of data or information;
• Interruption or unavailability of the Platform;
• Technical malfunctions, errors, or omissions;
• Unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain account security.

phjo's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your phjo account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

10. Privacy & Data Protection

phjo collects, processes, and stores your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the Platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. phjo complies with the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173) and its implementing rules and regulations.

11. Responsible Gaming

phjo is committed to promoting responsible gaming and minimizing the potential harms associated with gambling. We provide the following tools and resources to help players maintain control over their gaming activity:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits on your account;
• Loss Limits: Restrict the maximum amount you can lose within a defined period;
• Session Time Limits: Set reminders or hard limits on the duration of your gaming sessions;

12. Amendments & Termination

12.1 Amendments

phjo reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. The most current version of the Terms will always be available on the Platform. Where changes are material, phjo will provide reasonable notice to registered players via email or a prominent notice on the Platform. Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

12.2 Termination by phjo

phjo may suspend or terminate your account and access to the Platform at any time, with or without notice, if phjo reasonably believes that you have violated these Terms, engaged in fraudulent or illegal activity, or if required to do so by applicable law or regulatory authority. Upon termination for cause, phjo reserves the right to forfeit any bonus funds and associated winnings in your account.

12.3 Termination by Player

You may close your phjo account at any time by contacting our customer support team. Upon closure, any remaining real-money balance (excluding bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements) will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC verification requirements.

13. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

In the event of any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the phjo Platform, the parties shall first attempt to resolve the dispute through good-faith negotiation. If the dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation within thirty (30) days, it shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Makati City, Metro Manila, Philippines.
